New Registration Policy

By registering for a class, a spot will be reserved for this student and the supplies will be purchased for this student. Each student is responsible for the payment of those supplies. If a student is unable to attend the class, and does not cancel by the cancellation date, the student is still obligated to pay for these supplies and will be billed accordingly by NTA. The supplies and instructions will be held for 90 days at the NTA office for this student to pick up. If this student does not pick up the supplies he/she will still be obligated to pay for them.

  • Students have until Thursday before the class (unless otherwise noted) to register for the class.
  • Class payments will be made at the time of class. A check needs to be made out to NTA and given to the Treasurer.
  • Any requests to take a class after the cutoff date will be deferred to the teacher. The teacher will be given the option to allow or disallow entry into the class after the cutoff date.
  • Students will have until noon the Friday before the class* to cancel by email, or if they do not have Internet access, they will telephone directly to the instructor.

* In some cases, registration and cancellation dates may be altered to accommodate the instructor (for instance, ordering stencils or product, or having an out-of-town instructor). If this is necessary, the instructor needs to inform the Education Chairperson when arranging the class.
